Hello, my name is Sharon Cole and I am a massage therapist and Emmett practitioner working from a calm and relaxing treatment room in my home in Finchampstead, Wokingham.
All my life I have seen the positive impact that massage and complementary therapies has on a person when dealing with the stresses that life throws at us. By recognising these patterns of stress and how they affect our posture and muscle health, we can ensure that we remain supple and mobile.
In my work I am drawn to reduce pain and discomfort by releasing congested and stuck tisueeto promote a sense of wellbeing and freedom.
I am a member of The Massage Training Institute (MTI).
My qualifications include:

Perfect for when you've got that one ache or pain that is bothering you (not including your boss!). A brief 30 minute session that will leave you feeling better again.

This 60 minute treatment will help you start to feel more comfortable with your scar, whether it's new or old. A relaxing session that will leave you feeling more like yourself again.
